About Brinson Swann

Florida native Brinson Swann is quickly becoming a name to know in reggae music. Blending the laid-back feel of California reggae with East Coast energy and radio-ready pop hooks, Brinson brings a modern edge while staying true to roots reggae’s timeless message of ‘one love.’

In early 2025 Brinson was chosen as a featured artist of the Margaritaville brand, with his music reaching audiences in over 130 locations worldwide. Among his growing list of achievements, he also shared a sold-out Daytona Beach stage with members of Stick Figure, and appeared at Florida’s Reggae Rise Up Festival alongside Brothers Within. With momentum on his side, Brinson continues to shape the future of reggae, positioning Florida as the genre’s next global hub.

In 2018, after earning a graduate degree in finance, from Stetson University, Brinson co-founded The Palace Recording Studio. Voted the #1 studio in Florida, Brinson earned a reputation on world stages by producing and engineering for Jelly Roll, Joe Nester, and Grammy Award-winning group Morgan Heritage. His credits include Savannah Dexter’s “Savages,” which climbed the Billboard Top 100 for album sales in February 2021. While Brinson has shifted his focus to creating his own music, he continues to be recognized among the top 1% of producers globally in 2025 by Muso.AI.

When he’s not playing music, Brinson can often be found fly fishing in his Gheenoe on Florida’s Indian River or surfing the waves of his hometown beach, New Smyrna. As a proud uncle of five nieces and nephews, Brinson places family at the heart of his life, cherishing every moment spent with his loved ones.
